Puerto Banús: marina, beach and easy connections
A waterfront setting with restaurants, shopping and a lively social scene.
Around the marina
Puerto Banús is known for its marina, but its appeal reaches beyond the yachts. Restaurants, shops and nightlife sit close to the water, while nearby beaches bring a different rhythm to the day. It can be vibrant in the evening and particularly busy in peak season.
For some buyers, that energy is precisely the attraction. Others prefer a home a short distance away, where they can enjoy Puerto Banús without living in the busiest streets.

Outdoors and nearby
The seafront route connects Puerto Banús towards Marbella and San Pedro de Alcántara, making walks and cycle rides a natural part of a visit. Watersports add another way to enjoy the coast. There are also boat services towards Marbella; check current routes and seasonal timetables before planning a trip.
Marbella Arena is in Nueva Andalucía, next to Puerto Banús, and hosts concerts and other events. This proximity gives the area another draw beyond the marina itself.
What to check when buying
Visit the exact street in both daytime and evening. Look at parking, building access, outdoor noise and the walking route to the beach. A property described as ‘Puerto Banús’ may have a very different daily feel depending on its precise location.
